水煤漿添加劑（高效水煤漿添加劑GCL3）

　　水煤漿添加劑GCL3是在吸取和借鑒國外先進工藝和技術，以紙漿廢液回收的木質素為主要原料研制而成的陰離子復合型添加劑。經試驗和用戶試用證明，具有操作方便、對煤種適用性強、制漿濃度高、粘度低、流動性好、穩定時間長等特點。水煤漿添加劑GCL3，可根據用戶需要，調配成不同濃度的水劑和粉體，在CWS中加入占干基煤重的千分之幾便可達到使用效果。GCL3同時具有親水/親油可調性，可廣泛用于建材、紡織、印染、顏料、涂料、水處理等行業，起減水、潤濕、分散、絮凝等作用。

　　為提高市場競爭力，我公司除向用戶提供產品的同時，可向用量較大的客戶提供技術支持，在用戶現場合成使用液體，達到降低成本的目的。

    GCL３S：通用型；   ＧＣＬ３Ｗ：穩定型；    ＧＣＬ３Ｇ：高效型。有結塊、粉碎溶解后不影響使用效果。

WATER COAL FLUID ADDITIVE

(HIGH-EFFICIENCY WATER COAL FLUID ADDITIVE GCL3) 

　　Water-coal fluid additive GCL3 has absorbed and uses advanced foreign technology and anion compound additive made with spent pulp and retrieved lignin as the main raw materials. Test and customer’s trial use show that it has convenient operation, high suitability for different qualities  of coal, high concentration of fluid, low viscosity, good movement, and long time of stability and other features. Water coal fluid GCL3 can be composed into fluid and power of different concentration according to the different demands of the customer. When add several thousandths of dry coal into CWS GCL3 has hydrophylic and oleophylic adjustment and it is widely used in construction, textile, dyeing, dye, coating, water processing and other industries and it reduces water, wets, disperses and flocculates.

　　There are different formulas of additives according to different qualities of coal for making better water coal additives.

    Water washed clean coal of Panjiang, Guizhou Province: NDF: naphthalene high efficiency water coal fluid; LS: original lignin sulfonate; GCL3S: general type; GCL3W: stable type; GCL3G: high efficiency type, it has caking. If it is ground and solved, its usage is still normal.

    FCNM: fluid can not be made. SW: separated out water.  A: excellent.
